Tomi Korean's merchandise is sold using an on-demand production method. This means each product is made only after a customer places an order. This approach minimizes inventory and allows for customized products tailored to each customer.
2How Long Does Fulfillment Take?
Fulfillment time refers to the period required to create your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is 2–5 business days for all production techniques.
3What Are the Shipping Costs and Delivery Times?

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the product type and the shipping destination. After adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address, you can see the shipping cost and the estimated delivery date.

4How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

5What Is the Refund and Return Policy?
Due to the customized nature of print-on-demand products, refunds and returns can be challenging. If your product has defects or is damaged, please contact us at contact@tomikorean.com with photos of the issue. We will assist you with the exchange or refund process.

7What Should I Do If My Order Hasn't Arrived or Seems to Be Lost?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, first check the tracking number to see the current status. If the tracking indicates 'delivered' but you haven't received your package, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check with your neighbors or local post office to see if the package was delivered to them.
  3. If you still can't find the package, contact us at contact@tomikorean.com . We will start an investigation with the shipping carrier and assist with a reshipment or refund if necessary.

Print-on-demand is a more sustainable approach to fashion production because products are customized only after a customer places an order, eliminating leftover stock and reducing waste compared to traditional apparel manufacturing. Additionally, we use energy-efficient printing equipment that conserves water, and we are actively working on reducing plastic use in our packaging process.
